- All payments are in Australian Dollars. All payments are to be made by direct electronic funds transfer. Invoices will be forwarded to the successful bidder and are to be settled within 48 hours of close of sale.

- All lots will have a buyer’s premium of 16.5% (including GST)
- No items are insured so at the end of the auction the item becomes the responsibility of the purchaser, therefore immediate insurance would be advised.
- The bidding on any item will remain open for 5 minutes following the last bid designated close of bid following the designated finish time
- Removal times are Monday 5th 8.30am to 4pm and Tuesday 6th 8.30am – 4pm
- Forklift loading available on site. Buyer is Responsible for Collection of Item.
